Welcome to Yosuda

Hi, I'm Kessuda, the founder of Yosuda

I've spent much of my life searching for meaning of life and ways to be free from suffering, over thirty years ago, I have been intensively practicing and studying many styles of Mindfulness  Meditation, including Zen, Taoism, Buddhism, and yoga, as well as psychology, the Enneagram, Non-violent communication, and Voice Dialogue. I believe I’ve developed a unique skill and experience, which I’m excited to share. And I'm still learning every day.

I'm a certified mindfulness, Yoga, and Enneagram teacher, as well as a Life Coach.

I believe everyone has their own wisdom; I help people to develop their consciousness, fullest potential, self-compassion, and self-realization.

We will walk side by side as I show you powerful, and simple ways to grow and learn on your own. I know they are effective because I have been using them myself and sharing them with hundreds of customers for more than 25 years.  I practice what I teach and share

Check my bio to read more about my experience and qualifications.
